Media Tasting with Edaphos Winery at Cerf Club

Emily Martin Events was thrilled to partner with Edaphos Winery for a media tasting at Cerf Club. The afternoon was filled with great guests, delicious courses, and fabulous wine! See more from our wine and food pairing below.

The Cerf Club was such a beautiful event space for our lunch tasting right in the heart of San Francisco.

Guests enjoyed four courses paired with each of the amazing Edaphos wines. Course one with Aligote was paired with crab toast, brown butter, and tarragon. Course two was a salsify en barigoule with fresh herbs and the Petit Arvine. The Grenache was offered at course four and paired with arancini, mushroom, squash, and Parmesan. We ended with a charred cauliflower, merguez spices and salsa verde paired with Barbera.

We cannot gush enough about these 2018 and 2017 Edaphos wines by Ernest.

Guests were guided through the tasting by winemaker Joseph Ryan and proprietor Erin Brooks.
