The Matheson Winemaker Dinner with Knights Bridge Winery

We recently hosted a Winemaker Dinner, at one of our favorite Healdsburg Restaurants, The Matheson. Founded by Chef Dustin Valette, it has quickly become a favorite Healdsburg destination. This event was made even more special by Knights Bridge Winery, which has quickly become a favorite local Sonoma County winery. Markedly, their wines feature rich and exceptional Sauvignon Blancs, Chardonnays, and Cabernet Sauvignons. Even more interesting are their sustainable farming methods and unique tasting experiences.

If you’re not familiar with Knights Bridge Winery and their STUNNING Winery (designed by the acclaimed Howard Backen) get to know them and be sure to plan a visit to the winery. See what you’re in store for on The JetSetting Fashionista here.

Undeniably, it was an exclusively fabulous night of amazing dishes and wine. Guests joined Knights Bridge Winemaker Derek Baljeu and Winery Ambassador John Bailey for a fantastic evening. Chef Dustin Valette, the mastermind behind Matheson, created a four-course dinner perfectly paired with Knights Bridge Wines. It was an intimate night filled with fantastic wines, mouthwatering food, and great conversation.

The Matheson Mezzanine (private dining room) where the Winemaker Dinner Event took place and where guests were welcomed to sit and begin the wine tasting. This is one of our favorite Luxury Event venues in Healdsburg and we have had the pleasure of hosting many other events here including a Sonoma Legends Dinner with A. Rafanelli, Rochioli & Iron Horse Vineyards.
